Heather personally handcrafts each piece. The turnaround time varies based on the specific product and our current order queue. We'll discuss the timeline with you when you place your order, and rest assured, we'll keep you informed about the progress of your order every step of the way.

We’re happy to offer shipping; however, we strongly encourage local pickup. Choosing pickup saves you 10% on your total order. If shipping is needed, applicable shipping costs will be added to your order total. We’re also working toward offering convenient online purchasing in the future.

Due to the customized nature of our orders, we are unable to accommodate any cancellations or alterations once your order has been placed and entered the production phase. Your order's completion signifies your acknowledgment of having reviewed and confirmed its accuracy, and as a result, we do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges. If order is damaged in shipping please contact us.

Each piece is hand-poured and genuinely one-of-a-kind. The colors will blend uniquely in each product, and on occasion, bubbles or minor imperfections may arise due to the inherent nature of the materials.
